For over 13 years, I’ve led the charge in learning & development, leadership training, and organizational change at fast-paced companies like Tesla, Mollie, and Pacific Gas & Electric. I’ve designed global training programs, built career development roadmaps from scratch, and helped technical training teams scale with purpose and clarity.

But here's the twist: I’m also a lifelong gamer and certified gamified learning architect, and I firmly believe that learning works best when it feels like play. So I started Honeywright to blend corporate training, gameplay, and career growth.
